AIA Elects Officers for 2001 January 2, 2001-WASHINGTON, D.C.- Karl J. Krapek, President and Chief Operating Officer of United Technologies Corporation has been named Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association, effective January 1, 2001. Marshall O. Larsen, President and Chief Operating Officer of BFGoodrich Aerospace, the BFGoodrich Company, has been named Vice Chairman of the Board. John W. Douglass was re-elected President and Chief Executive Officer of the Aerospace Industries Association and George F. Copsey was re-elected Secretary-Treasurer.
