On behalf of the Aerospace Industries Association, it is our pleasure to invite you to attend the U.S. Industry Reception (Ambassador’s Reception), during the Paris Air Show, on Monday, June 17, 2013.

Please note: the deadline to obtain invitations is June 14, 2013. No refunds will be given after Friday, May 31, 2013.
You must have the original invitation and government issued identification to be admitted to the U.S. Industry Reception.
Ticket Pick Up: The following are the times and pick-up locations. One person can pick up the tickets for an entire group that registers.
AIA Chalet #S1:
Friday, June 14, and Saturday, June 15, from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
AIA office: Hotel InterContinental Le Grand, 2 Rue Scribe, Paris:
Sunday, June 16, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Monday, June 17, from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
If you are unable to pick up your tickets in person, you may arrange for a courier service to pick up your tickets at the InterContinental Paris - Le Grand Hotel. AIA does not provide or arrange courier service. Once you have made the arrangements with the courier service, please email Garnett Black at garnett.black[at]aia-aerospace.org with the date and time that your courier will be at the hotel. Tickets will be left at the Concierge Desk.

Contribution: Recommended contribution is $150 per invitation; U.S. government and military contribution is $125 per invitation.
