AIA Adds Three New Staff Members

Three new employees have joined AIA to work on research, membership and technical operations. Bill Chadwick is the new director of Research, Dave Pauling is senior director of Technical Operations and Michael Kibler is director of Membership Services. Chadwick comes to AIA from the U.S. International Trade Commission, where he spent 11 years as an analyst. He also worked in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the Trade Resources Company, an economic consulting firm. Chadwick holds a master's degree in international commerce and policy from George Mason University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Virginia Tech, and studied at the University of Oxford in England. Before arriving at AIA, Pauling was assistant deputy under secretary of Defense for Materiel Readiness and Maintenance Policy. Prior to that he spent several years at the Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, Md. Pauling served as an Army helicopter pilot in Vietnam. He holds a master's degree in aerospace engineering from Penn State University and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Michael Kibler joins AIA from the Healthcare Distribution Management Association, where he was vice president of Member Relations and Meetings. Previously he was director of member services at the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. Kibler holds a bachelor's degree in business management and economics from David Lipscomb University in Tennessee.
