AIA Elects Officers, Board of Governors for 2008

Arlington, Va. - The Aerospace Industries Association Board of Governors has elected Clayton M. Jones of Rockwell Collins to serve as its chairman for 2008. Jones, Rockwell's chairman, president and chief executive officer, began his term as AIA chairman Jan. 1. He succeeds William H. Swanson, chairman and chief executive officer of Raytheon Company, in the post. Robert J. Stevens, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation, was elected AIA's vice chairman. The board elected Marion C. Blakey as AIA's president and chief executive officer as well as AIA's Ginette C. Colot as secretary-treasurer. Members of the 2008 AIA Board of Governors Executive Committee are: -James F.
