Inmedius Appoints Ken Stillwell, VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Pittsburgh, Pa. -- Inmedius, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Stillwell to the position of Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stillwell will be responsible for the leadership and management of all financial and operational functions worldwide. He has over fifteen years of experience, most of it in the Aerospace and Defense industry, with a background in operations, finance, strategic planning, and in evaluating acquisitions, alliances and customer opportunities. Mr. Stillwell most recently served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Cardiac Telecom Corporation, a venture capital backed remote monitoring company for heart patients. Prior to this, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Milestone Group, a government contractor to civilian and defense agencies. Mr. Stillwell oversaw and managed all operations for Milestone Group, which was acquired by Anteon Corporation (now General Dynamics). Before joining Milestone/Anteon, he held positions with increasing levels of responsibility at DeCrane Aircraft, Inc., a market leader in the systems integration segment of the Aerospace market. While at DeCrane, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Division President. During his tenure, the organization grew from just over $200 million to over $500 million in sales.
