JoAnna Williams Appointed Vice President of Human Resources
LYNNWOOD, Wash. - Crane Aerospace & Electronics, a segment of Crane Co. (NYSE:CR), announces the appointment of JoAnna Williams as Vice President of Human Resources for the Aerospace Group. In this role, Williams will lead the Crane Intellectual Capital process for the Aerospace Group and will be located at the Burbank, California site. Before joining Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Williams was Director of Human Resources for Atrium Companies, Inc in Welcome, North Carolina, where she led a team of 11 professionals supporting 1600 employees, two manufacturing facilities and all functional departments. Prior to Atrium, Williams held a variety of other human resources leadership positions at manufacturing companies such as Corning Inc., Thomas and Betts, Inc., and Siecor. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. She is SPHR certified (Society for Human Resources, and has extensive background in lean manufacturing including cellular manufacturing, pull systems (DFT), 5S, standardized work, visual work place, self directed work teams and Six Sigma.
