Lenn Phegley Appointed Site Leader of Cranes Chandler, Arizona Site

LYNNWOOD, Wash. - Crane Aerospace & Electronics, a segment of Crane Co. (NYSE: CR), announces the appointment of Lenn Phegley as Site Leader of its Chandler, Arizona site. In this capacity, Phegley is responsible for manufacturing operations as well as site leadership, quality, operational excellence and strategic deployment at the Chandler site. The Chandler site manufactures RF and microwave products for the defense, space and communications industries for use in electronic countermeasures, missiles, radar, intelligence and guidance systems.
Prior to joining Crane, Phegley was with Therma-Tru Doors, Inc. in Houston, Texas where he served in positions of Business Development Manager, Operations Director and Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to Therma-Tru, Phegley held operations leadership roles with Federal-Mogul and Coopers Industries. Phegley has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and is currently working on his Masters of Business Administration at Thunderbird, School of Global Management.
