Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association Adds MNP Corporation to Membership Roster

Grand Rapids, Michigan, July 8, 2008--The Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association (MAMA), a consortium of companies intent on attracting more aerospace business to the state, has expanded its membership with the addition of MNP Corporation located in Utica, MI. MNP Corporation is a diversified supplier of a wide variety of products and services, including precision fasteners, engineered cold-formed components, stampings, assemblies and powdered metal parts as well as plating and coating services. "We're excited to be part of MAMA," said MNP president Tom Klein. "The aerospace industry is experiencing tremendous growth right now and all of the major players are seeking new sources of supply. This is a great opportunity to diversify our customer base and bring new and much-needed business into Michigan." With the addition of MNP Corporation to its member list, MAMA represents 24 diverse Michigan AS9120, AS9100 and NADCAP certified manufacturers.
