AMT II President Paul Pendorf to Chair Session on the Carbon Fiber Industry at Techtextil North America 2009 Symposium in Las Vegas
NEW YORK, NY – 4/ 15/09 – The AMT II Corporation today announced that Mr. Paul
W. Pendorf, President, will chair a session on Wed. April 22, of the Techtextil North
America 2009 Symposium to be held at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las
Vegas, NV. He will address the gathering by sharing experiences and lessons learned as
a senior management executive and investor from the early ‘80’s to the present. Mr.
Pendorf will also discuss the chemistry and processes used in the manufacture of carbon
fiber, and the evolution of production and fabrication of “prepreg.” The history of
companies involved in the development of the carbon fiber supply chain and the
expanding markets involving new applications of this material in major industries
worldwide will also be addressed.
The Techtextil North America 2009 Symposium will showcase the most recent technical
advances and products from leading textile and “non-wovens” companies worldwide.
The symposium will begin on April 21, and runs through April 23, 2009.
AMT II Corporation is a private investment and management firm. It is a Delaware
