Inmedius® Appoints Mark Tomczak, VP of Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Senior Financial Executive to Facilitate Continued Business Growth
PITTSBURGH, PA – September 18, 2008 - Inmedius, Inc. announces the appointment of Mark Tomczak, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Tomczak has over twenty years of career experience in senior financial roles with expertise facilitating business growth. He will be responsible for the leadership and management of all Inmedius’ financial and operational functions worldwide. Inmedius is a global leader in delivering applications and services that capture, create, manage and deploy technical information assets.

Tomczak most recently served as Director in the Advisory Practice, of KPMG, LLP, responsible for managing customer relationships and client projects. At KPMG Mr. Tomczak conducted business process reviews and audits that assisted clients in increasing efficiency and reducing business risks.
Prior to KPMG, Tomczak served as CFO and Vice President, Account Management, at Fiserv SourceOne responsible for accounting, finance and customer relationships. Before this he held several senior management positions in the US Operations of Marconi plc. These positions included roles in both business operations and finance. Tomczak earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Gannon University, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
