AIA’s National Security Space Committee has produced a new white paper assessing the health of the national security space industrial base and specific recommendations on steps to increase buying
power and efficiencies in the Defense Department. This new white paper, Building and Maintaining Value in the National Security Space Industrial Base, follows two recent AIA reports Tipping Point: Maintaining the Health of the National Security Space Industrial Base and What is Best for the Warfighter and Taxpayer.
In light of growing pressure on federal government budgets, it is important to ensure that our nation maintains a robust space infrastructure and industrial base, while also providing value to both the taxpayer and warfighter. In this new white paper, AIA looks at examples of space capabilities that are absolutely vital to our security and provides recommendations to more efficiently maintain these key capabilities.
