The AIA C-TPAT Supplier Database Program

The AIA C-TPAT Supplier Database Program will be comprised of the following elements:

International Supplier Database AIA's C-TPAT Initiative consists of a secure online database that allows international suppliers to provide point of contact details as well as information to AIA member companies about their completion of a C-TPAT security questionnaire as well as an optional third-party C-TPAT onsite assessment. The C-TPAT Self Assessment Questionnaire AIA's program will provide a single questionnaire that, when completed, will be used by AIA member companies to assess C-TPAT security compliance. This will prevent the need to complete a different questionnaire for each U.S. customer you may have. Note: All questionnaire information will be retained by your company and only released by you to your customers upon their request. AIA members can use this single questionnaire as written verification of a suppliers compliance with C-TPAT security criteria. Optional Third-Party Validations A number of reputable third-party validators have agreed to offer optional C-TPAT site reviews to provide guidance in meeting C-TPAT criteria and an evaluation of your site's compliance with aerospace industry supply chain security “best-practices.” These site validations may reduce the potential for similar visits from your customers; and moreover, may provide a potential competitive advantage for future business with U.S. companies.
