Erica D. OsowiskiManager, Membership Communications

Erica D. Osowiski is the Manager of Membership Communications at the Aerospace Industries Association. In this role, she collaborates with the Membership and Communications teams to highlight AIA’s key advocacy and outreach efforts on behalf of its over three-hundred-member companies. Erica is responsible for all member-centric communications, including the regular policy and event updates AIA provides. 

She joined the association in 2022 after three years at Lockheed Martin. Erica graduated from George Washington University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. While in college, she completed seven internships on Capitol Hill. Erica is currently finishing her master’s in business administration and will graduate in May 2024. She also has certificates in Business Foundations and Project Management.  

Erica’s love for the aerospace and defense industry began two decades ago when she attended Space Camp at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Before moving to Virginia, Erica started her political career interning for her local representative and later Connecticut House Speaker, Joe Aresimowicz.  

She is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and the Vertical Flight Society, where she serves as Secretary and Membership Director of the Federal City Chapter. Erica lives in northern Virginia with her cats, Noonan and Ketanji.
