His focus is primarily on affordability / competitive / performance improvement transformation programs, operational and commercial diligence, mergers / integrations / separations, working capital improvement, supply chain & operations transformation, engineering and innovation strategies, and cost structure optimization. Steve have industry expertise in aircraft design and manufacturing (both commercial and defense), space industry, shipbuilding, and ground combat vehicles, and government services, supporting clients across the spectrum from OEM through lower tiers of the supply chain.
