Increasing Space Threats Require a Robust U.S. Response

From weather forecasts to ATMs, GPS to stock markets, agriculture to national security, we depend on satellites for civil, economic, and national security needs. As our reliance on satellite systems grows, unfortunately, the ability for them to be interfered with also grows.

We are laying out a number of recommendations that we believe are necessary to respond to these threats. Responding to these threats requires both policy and technical solutions, industry and international partnerships, and underpinning it all, sufficient and stable budgets for national security space programs.
