What do you find exciting about your area of focus or your specific job at Harris Corporation?

Working in the defense industry, especially at Harris, is extremely exciting as I work with the absolute latest technologies to solve unique and challenging problems. I’ve helped design mission avionics products focusing on networking and video processing. I am constantly solving new and challenging problems alongside my colleagues all while continually learning from our subject matter experts.

Why do you think young adults should consider careers in STEM?

Whether you work on creating electric vehicles, sending humans to other planets, developing green energy technologies, inventing new wireless technologies, or developing cures for diseases, working in a STEM field allows you to create solutions to some of the most challenging problems the world faces.
