James Natoli is the Senior Manager of Governance Affairs at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA).

Before joining AIA, Natoli worked for Utah Regional Ballet as a soloist, performing in numerous ballets. He also danced with the Suzanne Farrell Ballet, appearing at the Kennedy Center and the Joyce Theater. In addition to his professional dancing career, Natoli taught ballet at various studios across Utah and Virginia.

Natoli holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from George Mason University.
