David JenkinsVice President, Finance

David Jenkins is the Vice President of Finance at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). A seasoned financial leader, Jenkins brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit financial management to AIA.

Jenkins joined AIA after serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Society for Science, where he oversaw the organization’s finances and led strategic initiatives that transformed its operations. Prior to that, he served as CFO at The Climate Reality Project. His career also includes senior finance roles at Stride Learning, Albany Charter School Network, Imagine Schools, and Grace Covenant Churches, as well as early experience in enterprise risk services at Deloitte LLP.

Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of South Carolina. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Information Technology Professional, and holds a certificate in Association Management from the American Society of Association Executives.
