Peirce ClarkDirector, Technical Policy
Peirce Clark serves as the Director of Technical Policy for Engineering & Technology (E&T) at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), overseeing AIA’s technical policy initiatives across key domains, including artificial intelligence, quality assurance, and product support. In this role, he works closely with industry and government partners as AIA’s technical subject-matter expert on issues shaping the aerospace and defense ecosystem.
Before joining AIA, Clark served as the Director of Research & Best Practices at the XR Association (XRA), where he authored multiple white papers on XR governance and responsible XR deployment. He led cross-functional working groups spanning healthcare, education, and accessibility; coordinated with federal agencies including NIST, FDA, and the Department of Veterans Affairs; and managed multi-stakeholder programs supporting the adoption of immersive technology across industry. His background also includes senior roles in financial planning and digital transformation at GEICO, where he implemented enterprise-wide cost structures, managed large-scale system deployments, and drove operational efficiencies.
Clark is a graduate of the University of Redlands, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Global Business with a minor in German and completed a study-abroad program in Berlin.
