Since 2002, the American Rocketry Challenge, the world’s largest student rocket competition and the aerospace and defense industry’s flagship STEM initiative, has engaged nearly 110,000 middle and high school students in immersive STEM learning. This year, over 6,200 students will gain hands-on experience with engineering principles in the aerospace field by designing, building, testing, and launching model rockets to meet rigorous challenges. The year-long program fosters leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills as students deepen their interest and passion for aerospace and STEM.
