Andy Esposito is a Human Resources Specialist at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA).

Before joining AIA, Esposito built his expertise in executive search, specializing in sourcing and placing top talent across various functions within the real estate industry. During this time, he developed a strong passion for understanding the drivers of organizational success and a deep commitment to enhancing employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Esposito graduated from East Carolina University in 2020. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing in various D.C. soccer leagues, and testing his knowledge at weekly trivia nights.
