Mr. Vadiee is the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary at TransDigm Group, Inc. as of July 2025. Prior to this role, he served as TransDigm’s Vice President of Global Public Sector. Before joining TransDigm, Mr. Vadiee was a partner at a Washington D.C. based law firm where he served as outside counsel to TransDigm for over 10 years, developing a deep understanding of the Company’s operations and regulatory environment.
