Blake Boynton is the Director of Standards Business Development at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), where he drives the identification and development of new standards, products, and services that advance the aerospace industry. In this role, Boynton leads market research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives to create growth opportunities aligned with AIA’s mission, collaborating with federal contractors, industry leaders, and internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

With over 17 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, and client success, Boynton has a proven record of scaling multimillion-dollar portfolios, increasing membership, and sustaining high client and sponsor retention. Before joining AIA, he served as Business Development Manager at the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), where he generated $3M+ in annual revenue, drove membership growth, and maintained sponsor retention by aligning enterprise solutions with client needs.

Boynton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from George Mason University.
