Dorith HakimPresident & Chief Executive Officer, CPI Aerostructures

Dorith has a diverse aerospace industry background, specifically in operations, supply chain, procurement, and program management. Dorith joined CPI Aerostructures in March 2022 as CEO and President and has relocated to Long Island from Philadelphia.

Prior to joining CPI Aero, Dorith worked for Parker Hannifin as the Aerospace Group Vice President, Supply Chain, and for Triumph Group Inc. as VP of Corporate Program Management, responsible for implementing best practices in Program Management, delivery, and quality performance as well as continuous improvement. She also had responsibility at Vought Aircraft Inc. as their Chief Procurement Officer and Director of Supply Chain Management, leading a robust team of procurement professionals and support functions. Dorith has a strong aftermarket background working for Sikorsky Aircraft Inc. as their Director of Aftermarket Operations, as well as a P&L leader running Sikorsky’s Commercial Aircraft Production and Completions facility in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, and had a successful 21-year career at Bell Helicopter Textron Inc.

Dorith earned her BA in Business Administration and Finance from H.E.C. at the University of Montreal, as well as her Executive MBA from Texas Christian University.  She is certified as Six Sigma Black Belt, and has received several executive leadership certifications.
