Julia GreenCoordinator, International Affairs & National Security Policy

Julia Green is the Coordinator for the International Affairs and National Security Policy teams at AIA, where she supports logistics, external outreach, and recurring publications. She also manages several of AIA’s policy-focused newsletters and tracks developments across international relations, national security, and defense.

Green first joined AIA as a communications intern in 2023, supporting projects including the Paris Air Show, congressional outreach campaigns, and the American Rocketry Challenge. She has also worked as an editorial intern for Aviation Week in Washington, D.C., and New York City, covering the aerospace and defense sectors with a focus on geopolitics and military technology.

Originally from Northern California, Green earned her bachelor’s degree from New York University, where she graduated with honors, double-majoring in journalism and English and minoring in politics with a focus on international relations.
