Kathleen BoyleChairman & Chief Executive Officer, Verify, Inc.

Beginning with an internship in 1991, Kathleen holds over 25 years of management experience with the Verify group of companies. She is driven to achieve enterprise growth through the development and delivery of supply chain risk and supplier performance management solutions to serve Verify’s valued customers while benefitting the collective aerospace and defense industries. Prior positions include Vice President of Quality & Compliance, Director of Operations, Director of Customer Satisfaction and Director of Business Development. Kathleen is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors for Aerospace Industries Association as well as Founding President and current Board Member of Women In Defense – Greater Los Angeles Chapter. She currently serves as the FBI’s Defense Industry Sector Chief for the Bureau’s West Coast InfraGard association. In the local community, she is a member of the Board of Directors for Casa Teresa, a home for pregnant women in crisis seeking to break the cycles of homelessness, abuse and addiction to achieve lifelong self-sufficiency for themselves and their children. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
