Lance Kwasniewski is the CEO of RH Aero Systems, where he leads the company’s long-term strategy, growth, and organizational development. With more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, he focuses on advancing innovation and strengthening the company’s position in the global aerospace market.

Previously, Kwasniewski served as CEO of Belcan Corporation. During his 20-year tenure with the company, he held a series of leadership roles of increasing responsibility, spanning business development, central services management, general management, and senior executive positions across multiple divisions, where he consistently drove strong business performance.

Kwasniewski currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). He holds a BA in Business/Communications, an MBA, and completed the Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
