Known for her attention to detail, excellent communication, and client-first approach, Hill’s priority is to make sure every guest and team member feels both appreciated and supported.

Before transitioning into corporate administration, she thrived as a leasing agent in New York City—an experience that sharpened her ability to connect with people from all walks of life in one of the world’s most fast-paced markets. Hill studied business and communications at Borough of Manhattan Community College and continues to apply her education, professionalism, and networking savvy to create a positive environment where visitors know they are in good hands.
