Nadia Kader is the Manager of Sponsorship and Business Development at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), supporting AIA’s business development efforts.

Prior to joining AIA, Kader worked for Fairfax County Government as a Programs and Events Coordinator. Kader also previously worked for the Consumer Electronics Association as an Operations Manager for International CES.

Originally from New York City, she later moved to Virginia and graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Event Management and Promotion.
