Nina SchwartzDirector, Payroll, Benefits & Corporate Administration

Nina Schwartz supports AIA’s CFO and accountants with daily needs and the administration of the Nominating Committee, Finance Committee, and Board of Governors. She is a point of contact for members for billing, sales reporting, as well as Board of Governors service. Her responsibilities include assembling the minutes for ExCom and BoG meetings, filing AIA’s lobby and political contribution reports, and participating in meetings on IT improvements. Staff rely on her as a resource on the department’s procedures and get her help with routine tasks.

Nina is pursuing an MBA at George Mason University and expects to graduate in the Fall of 2020. During winter months, she enjoys volunteering as a tax counselor with AARP’s Tax Care for the Elderly program. Nina graduated from Carleton College with a major in history.
