Nina SchwartzDirector, Total Rewards & Human Resources Operations

Nina Schwartz is the Director of Total Rewards & Human Resources Operations at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). In this role, she plays a crucial part in overseeing payroll reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. She also manages relationships with brokers and handles all aspects of benefits management to guarantee that wages are processed accurately and on time and that the organization secures the best possible rates and coverage for employee benefits.

Schwartz is currently pursuing an MBA at George Mason University. During the winter months, she enjoys volunteering as a tax counselor with AARP’s Tax-Aide program. Schwartz graduated from Carleton College with a major in History.
