Shawn McLevigePresident, Woodward Aerospace

Shawn McLevige is the Vice President and General Manager of Industrial Engine & Turbine Fluid Systems, overseeing a diverse team of professionals working across multiple product families. With a career at Woodward spanning over 15 years, Shawn has a deep-rooted understanding of the company’s vision and operations, having previously led its Aerospace Fuel Systems & Controls division as Vice President and General Manager. 

With more than 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Shawn has consistently played a key role in advancing critical technologies. His leadership background includes senior roles such as Vice President of Engineering, Director of Operations, and Engineering Manager. He has contributed significantly to the development of aircraft fuel metering systems, actuators, APU systems, pneumatic/hydraulic valves, electronic controls, and servo valves. 

Shawn holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and a Master’s in Business Administration with a Systems Engineering Certification from Arizona State University. 

Effective October 1, 2025, Shawn will be promoted to President of Woodward’s Aerospace division, succeeding Terry Voskuil.
