Steve Jordan Tomaszewski Vice President, Space Systems
Steve Jordan Tomaszewski is the Vice President of Space Systems at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). In this role, he leads efforts promoting commercial space flight and strengthening national security space architecture.
Jordan Tomaszewski’s most recent experience was with The Aerospace Corporation, where he provided objective technical advice to senior Department of Defense executives in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. In this role, he provided oversight to Department of Defense and Intelligence Community programs and satellite architectures, advised on budget guidance and programming, and advocated for policy issues such as integrating the United States Space Force into the Intelligence Community and establishing the National Space Intelligence Center.
Jordan Tomaszewski has supported several other key governmental organizations with space policy work and intelligence analysis, including the Department of the Air Force, National Security Agency/Central Security Service, the Defense Intelligence Agency through the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. He also continues to serve in the military as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force Reserve, assigned to the National Reconnaissance Office.
Jordan Tomaszewski holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Public Affairs in Policy Analysis from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
