Taylon TerrellManager, Member Engagement

Taylon Terrell is the Manager of Member Engagement at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). In this role, she ensures that members are fully maximizing their membership benefits with AIA.

Before joining AIA, Terrell spent 14 years with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). At SHRM, she was involved in various member care activities, including training call center staff, managing on-site conference registration, overseeing partner vendor relationships, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with marketing to increase awareness of and participation in SHRM’s educational products.

Terrell is a graduate of Tennessee State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications.
