Tiffany BrumfieldSenior Manager, Database & Membership Operations

Tiffany Brumfield is the Senior Manager, Database and Membership Operations at the Aerospace Industries Association. As a member of the Membership and Strategic Development Division, Tiffany is responsible for the integrity of the association’s database and oversees membership application and engagement processes across AIA. As the liaison with member companies, she is also responsible for customer relationship management systems and outreach to current and prospective members across the industry.

Before joining AIA, Tiffany worked with the National Club Association. Based in Washington, DC, she served as the key database contact across their three database systems, providing exceptional service to members and driving high retention rates, solicitation of new members, event registration, and effective political action committee and association foundation work. Prior to NCA, Tiffany worked as the Global Market Research Coordinator for Omni Hotels & Resorts in their Washington, DC location. As an Global MRC, she worked with the sales team to place various meetings within all the Omni properties and its global allies utilizing several database systems.

Tiffany attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she majored in Business Administration.
