Timothy White (Tim) is the Vice President of Engineering and Technology at the Aerospace Industries Association, where he serves as the voice of the technical workforce to policymakers. In this role, he provides leadership for AIA staff and members to identify, develop, and execute consensus programs and activities to enhance cost savings, performance, and efficiency within the aerospace and defense industry.  

Tim has worked for over 20 years in operational and consulting roles within the aerospace and defense industry for companies such as Raytheon, Honeywell, and Bechtel. During this time, he worked on commercial and defense products and held leadership positions in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality. Most recently, he has been working with advanced technology companies such as Interos and Mosaic Data Sciences, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital transformation.

Tim holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from Brigham Young University, and a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from George Washington University. He is also certified in Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Change Leadership.
