The Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) recently submitted feedback to the Office of Management and Budget identifying more than 50 burdensome regulations, primarily within the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), that create barriers for industry. AIA supports efforts to streamline federal acquisition rules while preserving competition to drive innovation, reduce costs, and strengthen the industrial base.
