The Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) submitted feedback to the Office of Space Commerce on the development of a “space commerce certification” framework under Executive Order 14335. AIA supports a streamlined, transparent process with mission-level approvals, a 60-day timeline, and strong interagency coordination while avoiding duplicative regulations and protecting U.S. leadership in commercial space.
