The Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) recently submitted feedback to the Office of Management and Budget and Department of Defense regarding the revisions made to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 50 (Extraordinary Contractual Actions and the Safety Act) under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul effort. The comments emphasize the need to ensure efficiency, clarity, and fairness in the application of extraordinary relief provisions.
