The Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and CONFERS submitted comments on the Department of Commerce’s proposed Space Commerce Certification Framework. The comments support a streamlined approach to authorizing emerging commercial space activities and offer recommendations to strengthen regulatory certainty, promote innovation, and reinforce U.S. leadership in the growing commercial space economy.
