Emily Hayes is Manager, Media Relations at the Aerospace Industries Association.

Prior to joining AIA, Emily was a Press Assistant for Congressman Adam Kinzinger in his final year in office. During her time, she helped guide messaging for a variety of the Congressman’s interests, including foreign affairs and national security. Most recently, Emily served as the National Communications Advisor at Country First. While there, she helped advance the non-profit’s goals surrounding pro-democracy efforts in various states around the country and drove key messaging on social media.

In 2023, Emily received her BBA in Economics from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business.
